5. I don't know what I need to do to access my conference room.
Solution: OneSmart Web Conference is a web-based conferencing solution. This means that you do not need to install any applications on your computer. You simply access the conference room by using an modern web browser that supports Adobe Flash Player 9 such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Opera.
The login page url is similar to
http://companyname.omnovia.com/roomName
The login page will detect if you have Adobe Flash Player 9 and will install it if necessary. Please note, it is estimated Adobe Flash Player 9 is currently installed on 87-95% of desktops connected to the Internet.
The link to the login page should be in an email you have received or on the presenting company's website. If you do not know the link, please check your email or contact the Presentation Company.

6. Unable to Login to Event - This event has not started yet.
Question: I am trying to login to an event in the conference room but receive an error "This event has not started yet. You may enter in X days, X hours, X minutes, and X seconds."
Answer: When a company sets up an event they will specify a time in which they will start allowing attendees to enter the room. They will set a time from either 10-120 minutes before the event start time where they will allow the attendees to start entering the conference room. If you are receiving this error it is because you are trying to access the event too soon. The given time in the red error box tells you the exact time you will be able to enter the room.(For example: This event has not started yet. You may enter in 1 days, 2 hours, 6 minutes, and 54 seconds means attendees can begin to enter the room in 1 days, 2 hours, 6 minutes, and 54 seconds, that is not when the event will actually start.)

7. I can see the image, but I cannot hear anything.
Solution: If you are able to log into the conference room, but have no audio, check the following items:
1. Ensure that somebody is presenting audio in the room
It is possible that there is not any audio being presented in the room. If you look to the chat member list on the left side of the room, you may see red waves emanating from the presenter's name (as seen below). This indicates that a presenter in the room has their microphone enabled. Even with the red waves this does not necessarily mean that audio is being offered in the room at that time as the presenter may have a microphone enabled but may not be speaking. The best way to be sure if someone is speaking is to simply ask in the room.
2. Check the audio controls inside of the room to ensure that they are not turned down or muted. Look to the lower left corner of the conference window, if you see a red X next to the speaker, this means the speakers are muted inside the web conference:

3. You can click on the speaker to unmute it and remove the red slash. Also ensure that the volume control bar at the top of the speaker is not turned down all of the way.
4. Check the audio controls of your operating system to ensure that they are not turned down or muted.
5. Check the physical controls on your speakers or audio hardware
Ensure that the power is on to your speaker system, that the volume is not turned down all of the way on the speakers or amplifier, and that there are no loose connections on the cables between your PC and your audio equipment.
6. Reload the conference room
You can easily reload the room by hitting F5 on your keyboard, or by clicking on the blue exit button in the upper right corner of the room, and then selecting "Click to reload the conference room in your browser" button.
7. Clear Flash Cookies and reload the room If none of the above steps work, you should delete your Flash cookies and then reload (as shown in step 6) the room. How to delete your Flash Cookies (copy below – make hyperlink)
8. Reboot your computer
As a final step, if none of the above work, you can reboot (power down and back up) your PC to see if this resolves the issue. If you still cannot hear, you may need to contact your computer's manufacturer for technical support.
